Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 21, 2026

1. Service Description

DueProof is a time-and-asset management application that helps users track, organize, and act on time-sensitive items through AI-powered photo scanning, countdown management, and a peer-to-peer marketplace (“Lobby”).

2. User Accounts

Core features (scanning, countdown, garden) work offline without any account. Social features (Lobby, Spaces, chat) require email OTP verification to establish an anonymous verified identity.

3. P-Points & In-App Purchases

  • P-Points are a non-refundable, non-transferable virtual currency.
  • Purchased P-Points (Track 1) never expire.
  • Reward P-Points (Track 2) expire in half-year batches.
  • Brand P-Points (Track 3) expire in 30 days.
  • In-App Purchases are processed by Apple/Google and subject to their refund policies.

3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

  • DueProof offers auto-renewable subscriptions: Pro (monthly or annual) and Family (monthly or annual, up to 5 members). Prices are shown in your App Store / Google Play storefront currency at the point of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Any unused portion of a free or promotional period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Lobby (C2C Marketplace)

DueProof acts solely as a platform facilitator. All transactions between buyers and sellers are conducted at their own risk. DueProof does not guarantee the quality, legality, or safety of listed items.

5. AI Features

  • AI analysis results are provided “as-is” without guarantees of accuracy.
  • Images are processed in real-time and immediately deleted (zero retention).
  • AI Phone Reminders incur P-Point charges per call. Standard carrier charges may apply.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Manipulate the P-Point economy (including creating multiple accounts).
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology within DueProof are owned by the DueProof Team. User-generated content (photos, notes) remains the property of the user.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

DueProof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

1. 服務說明

DueProof（拍即丟）是一款時間與資產管理應用程式，透過 AI 智慧掃描、倒數管理和 C2C 交易市場（「大廳」），幫助用戶追蹤、整理和處理時效性項目。

2. 用戶帳號

核心功能（掃描、倒數、花園）無需帳號即可離線使用。社交功能（大廳、空間、聊天）需要 Email OTP 驗證。

3. P 點與應用內購買

  • P 點為不可退款、不可轉讓的虛擬貨幣。
  • 購買的 P 點（Track 1）永不過期。
  • 獎勵 P 點（Track 2）半年批次過期。
  • 品牌 P 點（Track 3）30 天過期。
  • 應用內購買由 Apple/Google 處理，適用其退款政策。

3.1 自動續訂訂閱

  • DueProof 提供自動續訂訂閱：個人 Pro（月訂/年訂）與家庭方案（月訂/年訂，最多 5 人）。價格以你購買當下 App Store / Google Play 商店所在地區幣別顯示。
  • 訂閱期滿將自動續訂並向你的商店帳戶扣款，除非在目前週期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂；續訂扣款於目前週期結束前 24 小時內進行。
  • 你可隨時在 App Store / Google Play 帳戶設定中管理或取消訂閱；取消於目前計費週期結束時生效。刪除 App 不會取消訂閱。
  • 購買訂閱時，任何未使用的免費或促銷期間即告失效。

4. 大廳（C2C 交易）

DueProof 僅為平台促進者。買賣雙方的交易風險自負。

5. AI 功能

  • AI 分析結果以「現狀」提供，不保證準確性。
  • 圖片即時處理後立即刪除。
  • AI 電話提醒按每通收取 P 點費用。

6. 用戶行為規範

您同意不將服務用於非法目的、不操縱 P 點經濟、不上傳有害內容。

7. 智慧財產權

DueProof 的所有內容、設計和技術歸 DueProof 團隊所有。用戶生成的內容（照片、筆記）歸用戶所有。

8. 免責聲明

本服務以「現狀」及「現有」基礎提供，不附帶任何明示或默示之擔保，包括但不限於適售性、特定目的適用性之擔保。AI 分析結果僅供參考，重要期限請以原始文件為準。

9. 責任限制

在法律允許的最大範圍內，DueProof 對任何間接、附隨、衍生性損害（包括錯過期限、資料遺失或交易糾紛所生損失）不負賠償責任；就任何請求之總責任以你在請求發生前十二個月內支付予本服務之金額為上限。

10. 終止

你可隨時刪除帳號終止本條款。若你違反本條款（包括操縱 P 點經濟或發佈不當內容），我們得暫停或終止你的存取權；終止時未使用之獎勵 P 點不予補償。

11. 準據法

本條款適用中華民國（台灣）法律。
