DueProof — permanent account & data deletion
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
Open DueProof → Settings → Identity → Delete Account. After a two-step confirmation, this immediately and permanently deletes your cloud account row and all associated server-side data (profile, wallet ledger, tag aggregations, listings, chats, spaces membership), and wipes the local database on your device. Any remaining P-Point balance is forfeited (see Terms §3).
Option 2 — By email (no app required)
Email privacy@dueproof.app from the address you verified in the app, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We verify the request against that address and complete the same permanent deletion described above within 30 days, then confirm by reply. If you never verified an email in the app, your data lives only on your device — deleting the app deletes it.
What is deleted, what is kept
- Deleted: your anonymous account (UUID), profile, verified email link, push token, tag/geo/behavior aggregations, listings, conversations, spaces membership, phone binding (if any), and P-Point ledger.
- Kept: completed purchase records required for accounting and fraud prevention are retained in de-identified form for the legally required period, then destroyed.
- Local data: deleting the app from your device destroys all local data immediately (photos, cards, journals never leave your phone in identifiable form — see the Privacy Policy).

DueProof（拍即丟）— 永久刪除帳號與資料
方式一：在 App 內（立即生效）
打開 App →設定 → 身分 → 刪除帳號。經兩步確認後，立即永久刪除你的雲端帳號與所有關聯伺服器資料（個人檔案、P 點帳本、標籤彙總、上架、聊天、空間成員資格），並清除裝置上的本地資料庫。剩餘 P 點將一併失效（見服務條款 §3）。
方式二：Email 申請（不需安裝 App）
用你在 App 內驗證過的信箱，寄信至 privacy@dueproof.app，主旨註明「刪除我的帳號」。我們會比對該信箱完成與上述相同的永久刪除，30 天內處理完畢並回信確認。若你從未在 App 內驗證信箱，你的資料只存在你的手機上——刪除 App 即刪除資料。
刪除範圍與保留項目
- 會刪除：匿名帳號（UUID）、個人檔案、驗證信箱連結、推播 token、標籤／地理／行為彙總、上架、對話、空間成員資格、電話綁定（如有）與 P 點帳本。
- 會保留：法規要求的交易紀錄以去識別化形式保存至法定期限後銷毀（會計與防詐用途）。
- 本地資料：從裝置刪除 App 即立即銷毀所有本地資料（照片、卡片、日誌不會以可識別形式離開你的手機——見隱私權政策）。
